For me, therapy is an ever-deepening collaborative process born from an evolving therapeutic relationship that is founded in trust. This trust is central to my work with children, adolescents, and adults. Therapy with me commonly involves exploring personal identity and relational dynamics as well as working toward freer self-expression and interpersonal growth. Clients are invited to use the therapeutic space to reach depths often previously experienced in solitude, and to find ways of practicing, processing, adapting to, and working through these difficult experiences. However, as infinitely complex as our lives are, the specifics of our paths, processes, goals, and pace of this important work can vary greatly. I sensitively address significant hurdles and help clients work through relationship changes, transitions, anxieties, traumas, loss, emotional challenges, and adversity. I also have a special interest in working with individuals who are dealing with the fallout of a cancer diagnosis.

I am dually trained in Clinical Psychology and School Psychology, having received both my doctorate and master’s degrees from Pace University. I earned my bachelor’s degree from New York University. I have been trained in providing psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families in city, state, and private hospitals as well as in Title I schools. Prior treatment settings include an adult long-term psychotherapy clinic, adolescent and adult inpatient units, an adolescent day treatment unit, consultation liaison services, a child advocacy center, an adult chemical addictions treatment center, and an adult detox unit. I have significant training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, and have served as an adjunct professor at Pace University.
