Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck in certain areas of your life, I am here to support you. As an Asian-American woman, I understand the ways our cultural identity and lived experiences can shape our values, sense of self, and personal growth. I strive to create a space where your identity is honored and where you feel seen and understood. Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental, so we can work together to create meaningful change.
Prior to becoming a school counselor, I spent over a decade working in marketing. Having navigated a career change and the uncertainties that come with major life transitions, I have a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities that arise when stepping into a new chapter of life. I particularly enjoy supporting clients through their own transitions; whether a career shift, a change in relationships, or another significant life crossroads.
Clients often leave our work feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values. With time, you may experience a renewed sense of clarity and direction, improved emotional regulation, and a deeper capacity to lead and live with authenticity. My goal is to help you feel steadier in the face of uncertainty and empowered to move forward with intention and self-trust.
In addition to my role at SelfWorks, I work as a high school counselor. I hold a M.S.Ed in School Counseling and am completing my Mental Health Advanced Certificate through the University of Buffalo.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the pottery wheel, cooking and going for walks in Riverside Park.
