I am a second-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Adelphi University. Prior to pursuing a doctorate, I earned a master’s from Columbia University. In my training, I have worked with individual children, adolescents, and adults, as well as groups, using a variety of modalities including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I hold a BA in Literature and Creative Writing from The New School. Previously, I worked as an English teacher in New York City public schools and edited literary and educational texts. Outside of school and work, I enjoy traveling, reading novels, and spending time with my husband, newly born son, and two cats.
