We know that your time, in and outside, of therapy sessions is valuable, so we have designed a billing system geared toward efficiency. This system includes a convenient automatic payment option and electronic statements sent to your private patient portal for ease of organization and record keeping. We are well-versed in the complexities of insurance plans and happy to communicate with you and/or your insurance company when necessary. Whether you are using in-network or out-of-network benefits, you will have a dedicated billing advocate to make sure reimbursements are timely and your financial responsibility is known and clear.
